Sustanon 250 vs. Test E

I am in the final week of a 12 wk. Deca cycle. After my PCT and time off, I am going to begin a cycle of either Sust 250 or Test E. I have both, 20 cc each, and the test being 300 mgs.

Any suggestions on which one I should use first? And if pyramiding either or both of these pays. I'm basically looking for a tip or two on how long and frequent to run the cycle on these, and pct. Thanks.

Had the deca first, before getting the others. Wasn't sure if anything else was coming in - in today's paranoia. Yea, I could have waited, but with this being my first cycle in nearly 20 years, I didn't want to get crazy with stacking.

Regardless, this is where I stand. Just looking to see what the opinions out there are between sust and test e.

For what it's worth, the deca by itself was not a dissapointment, in the gym and as far as side effects go. Thanks.

either the test E or the SUST is good....but to get te most benefit fromt he sust I would personally shoot it EOD...thats just my preference...so many people have other feelings about sust...me its EOD.
as for the test E twice a week is fine..... its your preference really.

I like sust. the half-lifes of the two are about the same on weighted avg but I like how the sust hangs in afterward
