What the heck do i do????

Hey: so I just got in my sust and HGC. They both came in 1ml bottles but how the hell do I get the product out for the sust and how do I mix the HGC? Do I break the tops off or something. I've always dealt with just the big bottles with rubber tops but these were easier to ship.

Yes, you have to break the top, making sure your thumb is on the mark and force the vial to broke with it.

Vials, which I will never ever buy again because they are a pain in the ass, can be opened very easily with a pen lid....just make sure everything is sterile and dont flinch when it breaks an lose all your product, lol.

Scoring the neck of the vial helps for a cleaner break as well.... just my .02 cents

To tell you the truth I really dont like that first video on breaking an amp. It was all good up until wrapping it in a paper towel. That to me is a big NO NO! the paper towel is not sterile and if some fibers of it fall into the vial it could be contaminated. Maybe I am a sterile freak but I never want to get an infection.

I personally score the neck and if you do that well the amp will break with ease using a pen lid. Just make sure everything is strile before you begin and you are good to go.

I have had a gyno problem before so I have read that I could take 500iu every week with my sust cycle and it will help with gyno problems and other good benefits.?

HCG will help prevent or reverse testicular atrophy.
