i would stick to a mainly pro/carb diet.
moderate heart rate cardio every morning on empty.
Im going to be doing this after finished PCT for a massive bulking diet.
I dont do much cardio now so with Clen would 20mins each morning empty stomach do me right or should I do more time or again in evening??
Also what do you think of using one of there machines for my cardio??
Would it have any negative effect on retaining my muscle gains?

Im guessing a week or two after PCT for the Clen. Maybe even do 7 weeks of Clen and run winny the last 4 weeks.
Why could I run Clen during cycle or PCT? Have heard different views
you can, but after reading your other post it seems the consensus would be to run it after pct. frankly i ran clen during my last pct so i could get my saturated fats up and elevate my calories a bit and not worry about fat gain. BUT... it is all in regard to your body fat which you said was 18%ish. at which time i don't think i would waste my clen. i would use it after pct and after i started cutting some fat, more so when i approached the 10-12% mark.

i would do 30 minutes. it may take that first 15-20 mins to fully deplete glycogen.
this is interesting since I am kind of doing the same thing now. I am on IGF-1 50mcg pwo for the last week, and 3 weeks into a high protein low carb diet. I just got clen and took only 20mcgs to see how I would react. So far so good.
I started off at 19%BF and am now down to 15.??%. I am on otc pro hormones since I have no accesss to real AAS's, but have done them before. I want to be around 10-11% BF. I cut out all the bad foods and alchy from diet. No breads no simple sugars very low sat fats. I usually do about 15-20min of cardio after I workout a given muscle for the day. Is that good enough since I should of used most the glycogen stores already?
i don't think glycogen stores are empty in the morning... lower than normal maybe, but not empty.. so i would agree on the 30 min + cardio. just don't go too long.
