I ask cause I've raised my cardio from 30 to 45 min after lifting. So I'm thinking maybe I should just save my second session of cardio 2 hours before bed.I feel that while the muscles are still warm and pumped they would be more responsive.

so is your second session currently the session PWO?
Is the 'anabolic window' less responsive after pwo cardio?
No.

if i do cardio PWO i keep my heart rate around 60% of my max, and if you train hard enough glycogen supplies should be pretty tapped so i would say 30 minutes would be fine. and no, there isn't any issue with the "anabolic window" as a matter of fact i know a few guys who wait about an hour after lifting (may or may not include PWO cardio) to have their PWO. they find that it has worked for them in the past, and they figure it may help with their natural GH levels (won't listen to me when i say just use GH, slin, and eat, but whatever), whatever the reason, personally i think the anabolic window is open long enough for you to do what you'd like.
