    EFA liquid vs. capsules

So I went to Vitamin shop the other day to pick up some more EFA's and, while I was in there I remember someone on this board stating that the liquid EFAs are better then capsule form...just curious as to why some people feel the liquid stuff is better then say o m e g a 3/flax capsules...Also, when looking at the macros of 1tbsp of liquid its 100cals & 11gms of fat...the capsules are 10cals a pop with 1 gram of fat so im assuming that 1tbsp of liquid is equal to 10capsules...So my question is:

If anyone utilizes these EFA supplements do you usually take the capsules or liquid?...If you take the capsules how many do you usually take?...If you use the liquid, how many servings (tbsps) a day do you supplement?

Just trying to get a feel for what others do is all.

I'm currently only supplementing 3caps of flax and 3 caps of fish oil a day and make up the rest via my "real" food intake...Most of my EFA's come from fish and all natty PB...I try and stay under 110grams of fat per day.
