How should I adjust my caloric intake? All food is clean. 3000 cals is about 250 above maintenance for me. Can I consume 3000 clean calories to ensure muscle retention/gain, while still losing bodyfat? or should I consume 250-500 less than maintenance to ensure fat loss. Thanks.
