    some good cardio ideas?

    ok so I hate cardio...im sure some of you can agree, does anyone have some good cardio routines for guys that wanna loose fat but hate alot of running...I typically just play basketball which helps cause it keeps me from realizing that im doing so much running, basically I hate just running a mile or jogging for 30 min...

    so far some good suggestions...

    1) HIIT (High intensity interval training) for 30 min

    2) 10 sprints (sprint/walk back/sprint again)

    3) sprint straight part of track walk curve

    4) do 20 min on the biking machine pre-programed trails


    anyone else got a little drill or program like this for cardio that you think takes your mind of how bad it sux?

    PS: I realize a good tip is to do cardio in the morning before any food

    I like the bike where youre seated normally and your legs are in front of you... it doesn't squish my nuts like the normal one. Theres a program on there that varies the resistance, pretty good for interval training.

    A recumbent bike is very comfortable for me also.

    Yep. I've found that when I sit on my nads it REALLY HURTS....
