Guys I was doing 21's with barbell curls - and during my mid 7 set (forehead to solar plexus curl) i popped something in my right shoulder...
I cant even lift this laptop without it hurting. But what is weird is I wanted to see if I could still bench/shoulderpress and I can. I just did a few reps with some heavy dumbells and was able to complete both.
What the heck did I do?
Also my treatment last night was ibuprpofen and heat for 2 hours - then a heat patch overnight.
Should I ice today? Or more heat?
