This freaking sucks bro's ! I'm almost 6 weeks in cycle (deca/test) and my wrist started yo hurt a little this week after I did a lot of painting in my new house. So I didn't workout as much as I would to reduce it cause it wasn't being very painful yet. But yesterday when I was leaning on my hand yesterday it felt very painful and it still does today
This sucks cause on friday I did legs and my strengt was going through the roof so it's really kicking in.
What should I do ??
