So only using Whey is bad? I need some advice

I have been trying to cut for the last 3 weeks, and was told that Whey is fine. I drink about 4 per day with 60g each. I use Carb max 50-60 grams in the morning with first shake then another 50-60g of carbs with protein shake PWO. I have been using the Glutamine all wrong from what I have seen. I also put Amino fuel in almost all my shakes. These shakes tend to fill me up for a while and I do not feel like eating for a couple of hours after each one. I was also using some sups like Thyroactivator, CLA and cleans and lean along with pro hormones like HMG and Max Anabol. I stopped the Thyro and cleans and lean since I think it was causing too much weight loss in the way of muscle. I have lost about 12-14lbs in 3 weeks which I think is a lot and I started off at 19% body fat, and the last time I check i was in the 15's. My strength has gone down which I guess is normal, and I figured that with that much weight loss I would be seeing my abs by now but I am not. I still have a tiny spare tire around my belly button and love handles. My overall waist has gotten smaller which is weird but no abs. I am 5'9.5" and 170 right now I was around 184 or so. I also started using IGF-1 at mcgs PWO about 10 days ago. For lunch i normally eat chicken with salad and dinner usually the same. My work is busy and I do not have a lot of time to stop and eat periodic meals. I usually just make a shake. All in all I think I am taking in around 260+g of protein a day and 100-130g of complex carbs. I have read that taking carbs PWO is self defeating and causes your body to avoid using fat stores. Is this really the case?

Should I get rid of the whey for morning and afternoon shakes and only use it for PWO? My buddy also gave me some clen a few days ago to try.

I feel like I am going in the wrong direction here.

I was told to do cardio right after my work out for about 15-20 mins and just walk at high speeds so I do not cause too much muscle loss, but still burn some fat. Not sure if that is right either.

Tell me what if anything is right.

The best thing you can do is eat more solid meals and drink less shakes firstly.

    Copy that...

you have no business with IGF or clen if your diet isn't important enough for you to 1. eat 5+ meals at regular intervals and 2. know the macros of what you are eating (a "best guess" aint gonna cut it!)

You're relying on too many shakes and apart from the PWO shake, I reckon your body isn't using up all the whey you takeat other times of the day because whey is fast acting while you are inactive.. that's just wasting protein. If you're losing muscle mass, it is a confirmation that your diet is out of whack.

You must strive to eat whole meals that incorporate a variety of proteins that can be sustainably released throughout the day to keep a positive nitrogen balance... whey should only be used PWO IMO, when your body needs a quick fix for restoration. The thermogenic effect you get from eating frequent proper meals will also naturally boost your metabolism and keep you satiated all day, thereby staving off the "starvation response", which would explain why your body is keeping the fat while burning through your muscle.

The stickies are there for a reason... Check them out bro!

    cheers

You are just flying all over the map here man. Right out your entire diet with you stats and let us help you.

You are relying FAR too heavily on powdered nutrition. YOu take 60g of whey at a time AND add amino fuel? at 170lbs you DO NOT need that much in one sitting.

Do you have any idea how many calories you are taking in during a day? Or how many you are burning?

If you dont than you really gotta right out your entire diet with stats like I stated in order to get some real help because you just seem to be totally lost.
