Do you change your macros between workout and non-workout days?

Ie, I now work out 3 days a week. I was thinking that for those days my macros should look like this: 40 P / 40 C / 20 F. However on non-workout days change to 40 P / 30 C / 30 F. Or should I keep the macros the same throughout the week?

my macros may change slightly in response to a PWO meal. other than that, really no reason to change them unless you have an extra pro/fat meal instead of a pro/carb one and vice versa.

Nova, do you replace your PWO meal with a pro/fat meal on non-workout days, or just eat one meal less? I'm trying to figure out whether to keep my caloric intake the same on work out days and non work out days, considering I am burning more calories on workout days....

i just eat every 2.5-3 hours on off days. usually all pro/carb. when cutting it is all pro/carb. when bulking it may be pro/fat, but that just depends on how i'm feeling really. diet doesn't change much at all. your caloric intake will naturally be a little lower on non training days due to the fact you aren't eating that PWO meal.

    ^^^ x2

On non-workout days, I skip the PWO shake but add a casein shake before bed; my protein intake works out the same but my carb intake is automatically lower
