My new diet plan, does it work?

    Meal 1 8am: 5 whole eggs boiled + 4 egg whites
Meal 2 11am: Whey shake 2 scoops 44g protein, tablespoon of peanut butter
    Meal 3 2pm: 8oz chicken breast 1/2 cup almonds
    Workout 3pm 1 hour
    Cardio HIT 30 minutes
Meal4 (after workout) 5/5:30pm: Whey shake 2 scoops 44g protein, tablespoon pb
Meal 5 8pm: 8oz ny strip + salad (all greens) + 1 tablespoon olive oil
Meal 6 11pm: Whey shake 2 scoops 44g protein, tb pb

Current Supps: Syntha 6 protein, animal pack, glutamine. Is there anything I should remove, replace, or add?

You need some carbs bro. Add some oatmeal for Meal 1 and you need some dextrose -80g- with your post workout shake. Then some complex carbs the next real meal after your shake, although I would make it more like 6:30ish instead of 8. Maybe some brown rice or something like that. Just my opinion, cause you cant completely cut out the carbs

The protein I'm using is syntha-6 protein, thinking about switching it though.

Those are my totals from fitday.com The syntha-6 protein has 14grams of carbs in 1 scoop, 84 daily! That is a shit load... what are my options, get a new whey, or cut out some of the whey meals and replace with something else?

What are your stats and goals?

And.. protein aside, what're the macros and calories per meal?

6'0, 205 lbs, used to have a 6pack, now have a somewhat 4pack / beer gut, thats only visible when I flex it. The rest of my body could use some extra muscle, though I feel I have a good amount already. My main goal for now is to mostly cut, mainly my mid section and get back my 6 pack (the hardest part) and gain or at least retain my muscle I have currently. I feel my body lacks some definition as of recently, due to me taking off almost 4 months of lifting prior to starting back up in March, so I just want to get shredded like I used to.

    Calories/ Fat/ Carb/ Protein
    Boiled egg x5 - 386 26 3 31
    Egg white x4- 66 0 1 14
    Chicken Breast 8oz. 294 5 5 54
    Almonds 1/2 cup 476 43 14 17
    Salmon 8oz- 389 17 1 54
    Green salad 9 0 2 1
    Olive oil 1tbls 119 14 0 0
    Whey protein 6 scoops 1188 36 84 132
I'm going to switch to a low carb protein
    Peanut butter x3 tbls 285 24 9 12
    Total- 3213 166 119 315

Those are my totals from fitday.com and I also added stuff from calorieking.com 3213 cal, 166g fat, 119g carb (going to trim 50ish grams of carb from buying a new protein), 315g protein. The syntha-6 protein has 14grams of carbs in 1 scoop, 84 daily! That is a shit load... what are my options, get a new whey, or cut out some of the whey meals and replace with something else? As for my current supps: Animal pack 1x daily, Syntha 6 Protein (about to be replaced), and Glutamine (5g morning, 5g post workout) About to add Lean Extreme or a fat burner to the mix, any suggestions on that?
