    Unhappy Guardian Angel (Need your help for newbie)

    im going to be honest with you.....i weigh 140 ibs, im only 17 and i was realy close to taking anadrol's......i started to take haladrols and i didnt feel anythign i got that at the gnc store. and i do take protien shakes every day and dietary supplement and i work out.....but i need your help... can you guys like give me a program? and everythign to take? like should i take creatine? or should i take noxplode. and what should i take? i just realy want to pump up and weight 160 ibs and be riped.... i do work out almost everyday and its just so hard to gain weight for me.

    Bench: 110
    squat: 200
    clean: 100

    i do varisty wrestle and i need to win state this year. please i realy do need your help.

    FIX YOUR DIET

    YOU CAN'T GROW WITHOUT CALORIES...

    It doesn't matter how much you lift or work out... your body can NOT grow without calories. You can't build a house without bricks... Doesn't matter what you take for steroids or supplements... your body is not going to defy the basic laws of physics and create pounds and pounds of muscle out of thin air.

    Check out sites like bodybuilding.com they have a shitload of articles on bulking.

    If you can't gain weight, you're not eating enough. Plain and simple. You should be eating 6-7 full meals per day. Doesn't matter if you're hungry or not, when the time rolls around you have to eat. An appetite is not required for eating.

    Agreed. There is plenty of good information out there as to what kind of workouts and supps you should take. Any fitness website will have some good info. Look for a wrestling-specific workout routine. Good luck bro

    please dont ban me.....ill say im 18. im just being honest and i want to no what i can take.....rather then do something stupid to myself...i have been doing research and everything like that....but im asking for your guys opinions

    at 140 lbs u need to do some serious eating bro,genetics play a big part in how ur going to look whats the rest of your family look like

    Its not a huge deal bro. Most people on here are gonna tell you what they've already told you. You'll have a much easier time doing some research on what to do. I appriciate the fact that you're being honest but this is not the sort of website you need to be on right now ya know?

    u need protiens like, chicken, fish , eggs and so on but its more than that check out some bulking diets in the diet forum

    Sorry dude do your own research... we have better things to do than write complete diets for people.

    Even if you get banned, you can still read threads in the diet forum... read the "hardgainer?" ones and "how to bulk" threads at the top in red.

    Start using it as a rough guide (substitute ya own weight and do the according math)

    This will give u a starting point at what you need to be aiming at on ya macros. (protein, carbs, fat)

    Then use the advice in the diet forum to start working out what foods are going to get you towards those meal and daily totals.

    Try some foodabol and gymatropin....

    Will do wonders at your age.

    Steroids will mess you up, and a high risk that long term you could end up even skinnier.

    Lol anadrols at 17 will really mess u up hahaha... your way too young!.. if i were u i would foucous on having a high protein intake along with createin which is also good.

    FYI, when I was 17-18 I went from 135-185 natural, with a 1-2% gain in bodyfat... thats like 46lbs of muscle and 4lbs of fat.

    It's all in the diet bro. 4,000 calories per day works MAGIC

    Its been said time and time again already in this thread.

    You need food, lots of the right food.

    I've even posted a link to a thread which will help u work out roughly what u need to bulk.

    I guess you just want someone to turn round and say 'yes its fine to take steroids at 17, take this, this and this'.

    You will be waiting a long time for that to happen.

    try to eat clean non greasy foods every 3 hours..and i would go and buy a weight gainer with low suger high protein intake per serving also at your age createin wouldnt be a bad idea.. to make what im saying simple.. at your age i would eat lots of chicken and beef which is rich in proetein..
