    Arrow Salad....OK for cutting diet?

I'm currently on a cutting cycle and was wondering is it ok to eat Salad with my lean protein meal (PPWO meal)?

My salad consists of cucumber, tomato, lemon juice and little salt.

Should be no problems unless you load it with a bunch of salad dressing thats high in fat and calories!

PPWO I'd go for some kind of carb. You don't have to have that much...Like a half cup or oats or rice.

No dude I eat salads like 4 times a day... theyre usually negative calories, meaning it takes more calories to digest them than they're worth.

Hes saying that the amount of calories it takes to digest a salad is more cals than is in the salad itself.

    Very good for cutting...
