after finding out novorapid is suitable type for weight training,
ive recenty baught some.
will be starting 4IU a day (after training) then having 50g of protein within 10mins of taking it, plus plenty of carbs.
(then will be working up to 8IU)
question:
1)when coming off insulin are there any steps you should do? like gradually fade back down from 8IU per day, then all the way down to 4IU?
2) if feel a hypo coming on, eat a sugery snack to raise blood suger, but what about having a hypo from too much suger?? do you cut down on your normal sweet things to prevent having too much (too much is the worst hypo)
any other views welcome. PS i am 190lbs.
