OK...So after dieting and cardio for 4 weeks i've dropped from an already lean 240 to 220 and 9% BF so my Abs are rally starting to show. The problem is my sides and obliques are defiantly lacking.....I Do plenty of oblique exercises but this is still defiantly the place where i hold the most remaining fat. I don't want to call them love handles BC they aren't really bad, but to me they are a problem. Any suggestions to get that area more cut up? More Cardio, Diff. exercise? Anything?
