    Talking finally...

    for years I've been trying to get my calves to be the same size as my arms and last night I measured them and my calves relaxed are 15.5inches and my arms flexed are 15.5 inches I've been training the shit out of my calves for years and they are finally getting to where my calves are looking good and proportioned to my body...5ft 6inches 205lbs around 10 % bf I train the west side barbell way but train my calves 24/7...

    I know how you must have felt man... I too had a similar problem and had been playing catch up for quite a while until now they are just about proportioned... Congrats!

    I have the calves problem too and my arms are almost 20 inches, I've got a lot of work to do.

    my advice single leg calve raises...donkey calve raises...reverse calve raises...in addition to my normal standing calve raises...one day light for reps till the burn...the next day heavy for multiple sets of 10 reps or 5 reps till you can't handle the weight...

    im not doubting you, but how are you 5'6 205 10% bf with only 15.5 inch arms?

    I got fvckn awsome calves its my fvckn quads that wont grow worth the shit. If i dont see a impovment in them n the next yr im not ever going to bother doing a bb comp. Iv tryed everything i can think of, i trained them heavy, light, medium weight and volume, even negative squats n still only my ass n calves grow. I look fine with shorts on but when i strip down to my skivies i look goofy as fvck

    That's what I was thinking but did not want to say anything, lol.

    I'm 6' and 195lbs and my arms are 16 3/4" and i'm probably 2% higher BF.

    wow thats some crazy stats...anyways i was wondering the same because i'm 5'5'' 168lbs BF%?? with 15' 3/4 on my right arm

    I find running helps to build the calf muscles more than any of those other calf machine exercises put together. I just don't feel it when i do them.

    those are just my stats...not sure about the BF it's just a rough guess...I really don't concentrate on my arms...well I do focus on my triceps but that's all...I train my calves before and after my workouts and I do donkey calve raises with my wife on my back 1 or 2 times a day I'm up to 70 reps now she weighs 115lbs...

    I'm 6'0" about 12% with 17 inch arms and weigh 215. I get my extra weight from my dong.

    number twelve that questines was for you...my body is symetrical except for my hams...my quads and glutes are way bigger...and of course my calves have finally caught up...

    oh and those are my cold stats not my pumped up ones...I was just messing with my tape measure the other night...my neck is up to 18'' now...was 17"...

    and if you have a weak point in your calves...ie...inner or outer doing single leg calve raises allows you to point your toes in or out more easily to hit that weak point...
