    Long time, no see

    Whats up guys, its been awhile. Anyways, havent been on a solid routine for awhile. Truth be told, picked up some habits; drinking, smoking, etc. Made and set a goal for myself on new years; went from 2 packs a day, to 2 packs a week . And little to no alcohol since.

    Got a few questions which I haven't had any experience with. The current job I have now I work from 9pm-6am, Sunday- Thursday. I tried to plan out a routine, but would like some input from some other experienced members. Obviously I would have to set my rest time for during the day. Let me know if this makes sense.

    5pm- wake up, breakfast
    8pm- snack
    9pm- start work
    12am- Lunch
    3am- snack
    6am- end work- gym
    7am- post work out- dinner
    9am- bed time

    goals: cant lie, past year became out of shape.I am back and forth on losing weight to lean out or start where I am and bulk, in the long run replacing fat with muscle, as i have done in the past.

    stats: 200 lbs, 5'10, not sure on bf%, but lets say beer gut.

    experience: several cycles using deca, test e, test p, tren ace, dbol, var, winny. (and no, not all at the same time, as i said; several cycles).

    *In my opinon the above routine is garbage and I need some help on it. Right now the plan is to bulk on top of where I am at now. I am planning a good 2-3 months in the gym before another cycle, but would most likely use some supplements now. I have been out of the loop for over a year now and with all the new products out i am in limbo. any advice to get me back on track will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again
