    Questions

How does the muscle grow. Does the pump cause it to grow or does it grow thicker through heavy exercise. In other words does it matter if the person who lift weights does low rep (less blood) exercises or should He do high reps exercises. Does low rep thicken the muscle and cause it to grow. I have a problem with my arms. I have done both High rep and low rep (Strength) but my arms stay the same. Lately I have been pumping them up and have seen results.

Wrong place to ask since this isn't supplement related but if any questions have to do with bodybuilding im sure they can be answered anywhere on this site. If your having arm growth problems (which i had for awhile) try doing heavier chest and back exercises. Also try doin the basic arm workouts like barbell curl's, concentration curls, weighted dips, etc. in your arm routines. Maybe find a workout schedule for you that lets you work out arms twice a week with enough time in between for rest and not overtraining. I think it really comes down to heavy back and chest workouts more than arm workouts. Also mix it up like you say you do. If you do arms twice a week the first day you work em out go heavy and the second time of the week go lighter. Your muscles grow with sleep and a good diet, not a pump.
