    pic's- what ya think??

    my buddy wanted me to put his pics up here to get checked out, he's 21, 6'4 200lbs
    has ran 2 test e cycles..
    what yall thinnk? whats his estimated body fat%? Thanks guys

    I was thinking the same thing. 2 cycles of test and this is how he looks. What were his stats before he started. Just my 2 cents: Either he's got bad gear, he doesn't know about pct, he doesnt train hard, or he doesnt eat right.......... Not trying to flame but i dont think he should have started gear yet

    It's hard to tell what your BF is......Train hard eat like an animal...remember it takes years of hard work I mean hard....You must always give it 100% and then some. Keep us posted

    Seems like after 2 cycles he would be bigger, then again, we would need to see before shots. I think the diet forum (bulking) would be better than running a cycle.

    he started too early, he was 145lbs first cycle..trust me, i tried to tell'em!!! his diet isnt on key either, which i tell'em that too..he did to pct for those 2 cycles, 12 wk cycles both of them, but its his diet that he doesnt do right..soo.. but thanks for the input guys i'll get em straightened out on the diet and get him on the diet forum.but trust me, he has came along way from 145 to the current 200 pounds with sum definition.

    Thanks again fellas, like i said, ima get him straightend out on the diet part! he does have a good work ethic, works very hard.

    Its obvious by the pics that he wasted 2 cycles. He did not train hard or eat right at all. In fact you cant even tell he has lifted before!

    alright guys, im starting to hear an echo! but thanks for input i'll get em fixed up on the diet deal..
    he's by no means tryin to be a jay cutler or nething, just wants to be a solid 215 with a good build, but still beach type good build

    I like the first response. It's ok to keep it real man..the guy does not look like someone who diets/trains seriously nor one that has done 2 cycles.
