Man I went to a national qualifier a little while ago as a spectator ( a friend of mine was judging and she wanted me to check it out) and they announced this super heavy weight.... Training for 3 years...... self trained.... loves the sport of bodybuilding..... 243lbs @ 6'2"... guy walks out like 16-17%bodyfat and looked like he never picked up a weight in his life.... atleast the guys here has some muscle LOL
