Lunch: 1 can tuna w/ mayo , hand full of broccoli, 1 piece spelt bread, banana.
Snack: 1 cup cottage cheese, assorted raw veggies/ carrots/broccoli/ Cucumber, etc
Pre Workout: Grapefruit juice, 1 cup brown rice, 175g Mince Meat with taco sause.

PW - Usualy 8-9 ounces of meat/ sweet potatoes, 2 green veggies, glass of milk, Fish Oil.
