    waxy maize

hey... just bought some... no scooper or anything for measurements...
bought it from Trueprotein and got it in the free "food quality bag"

I have heard that 80grams of waxy maize would be good post workout...

so basically... how many cups or tablespoons or whatever do I need... ?

80 grams is good for a person between 180-200 lbs. however, the amount u should use is relative to how pure is ur product, for say it's 98% pure and u want 80 grams then just weigh 82 grams.

Get your self a kitchen scale. It will do everything you need. Will also help with knowing how much food your eating and get your diet on point instead of just guessing this is about 10oz. Cost about 30-40 bucks for a really good digital one. I got mine from target. Its nice

I have the same waxy. One regular scoop, like the scoop you get with protein is about 38g of waxy maize.

a startchy corn product, it is usualy used in fruit pies for thickning. it's unique osmolity that allows it to pass through the digestive system relatively quickly and help pull other nutrients with it into the bloodstream. so it is great as a post work out carb in a shake with protien, glutamine, and amino acid.

Yep, it's the same in that it is a high molecular weight CHO.

The brand name Vitargo (by Nutrex) is a little different, as it has added creatine mono. Cheaper to just add mono to WMS (or any high molecular weight carb, if you're down with them).
