Good luck on your cycle. However, I think you should try and diet before you do any AAS. What kind of a cycle we talking?

i'm not following a set diet w/ a name... but it is a mixture of diets...
its basically kind of a atkins but w/ some carbs... i dont have time right now to get macros... but i will when i get a chance

    530 am-
    equate slim fast shake
    multivit
(supplements if i am taking any, but that is explained below)
    workout
    8:30 am-
2 hard boiled eggs or fried (clean, no grease)
    2 glasses 2% milk
    whole wheat toast x 4
    12:00 pm
salad w/ 2 hamburger patties and cucumbers/carrots all covered w/ crumbled egg and fat free italian dressing and a large bowl of cottage cheese
    4:00 pm
2 breakfast bars or 1 breakfast bar and 1 oatmeal bar
    6-9
snack on cucumbers/carrots (i'm at work and cant eat much)
    between 9-10
steak med rare, steamed asparagus, baked potato w/ light butter, and ceaser salad w/ cucumbers
    -or-
    blacked catfish w/ same sides
    11:30-12
if i have it, toast w/ some avacado

    snacks throughout day -
tuna( in water) w/ hot sauce
    cereal bars
    equate slim fast shake

and 1 day a week is cheat day, consisting of pasta w/ tomato sauce, basically more bread, but nothing truthfully unhealthy just more carbs

*reason for not doin protein shakes at the moment, i am currently in a speed program and dont have the time for a true heavy weights, i usually do the core lifts then go do auxillary workouts (throwing, footwork drills, etc)

yes i know i am a little boated right now in those pics, but like i said i havent been able to work out like i want to...

I think you should check the training/diet forum. You say you haven't been able to work out the way you wanted to, but if you start taking AAS it would be a waste if you still can't work out 'properly'. Could do you more harm than it's worth.
Still have to work incredibly hard even on AAS.

Diet needs a lot of work. Slim fast? You know those are crap, right? So are cereal bars, breakfast bars, and oatmeal bars.

and this diet is the best i can do w/ my money and time... what do u suggest then instead of the slim fasts in the morning? cause i have then pre workout so i have something... and the oatmeal bars, i was sure to get the ones w/ minimal sugar and such... so its not the typical bar... and same w/ ceral bars, i checked out the nutrients and its actually pretty good....

The point has nothing to do with money/time, rather the better choices that are available, which anyone who is ready for AAS would already know, thats the point.

Learn how to eat, train, and supplement better, once you become an expert at that, then you can try and learn how to become an expert at AAS.

Throw out the slim fast shakes and either get a real cheap whey protein and throw in some ground oatmeal OR replace the meal entirely with a whole food like 5 eggs whites and 1 whole egg with 4 pieces of whole wheat or oatmeal.
    8:30 am-
2 hard boiled eggs or fried (clean, no grease)
    2 glasses 2% milk
    whole wheat toast x 4
You need a lot more eggs than that to up your protein intake and you should avoid too much dairy.
    12:00 pm
salad w/ 2 hamburger patties and cucumbers/carrots all covered w/ crumbled egg and fat free italian dressing and a large bowl of cottage cheese
Not so bad. Just make sure your using lean ground beef. 93/7
    4:00 pm
2 breakfast bars or 1 breakfast bar and 1 oatmeal bar
This is pure garbage. Get rid of it for a real meal or a shake with oatmeal and some olive oil.
    6-9
snack on cucumbers/carrots (i'm at work and cant eat much)
This isn't even a meal. Fix this with 8oz chicken and maybe a 1cup rice.
    between 9-10
steak med rare, steamed asparagus, baked potato w/ light butter, and ceaser salad w/ cucumbers
    -or-
    blacked catfish w/ same sides
Not bad, but the two meals are not equivalent.
    11:30-12
if i have it, toast w/ some avacado
Why are you having carbs before bed? Try either cottage cheese, whole ground beef or some kind of whey shake with fats. The general rule is Protein and fat before bed.
    snacks throughout day -
tuna( in water) w/ hot sauce
    cereal bars
    equate slim fast shake
Get rid of all these except the tuna.
and 1 day a week is cheat day, consisting of pasta w/ tomato sauce, basically more bread, but nothing truthfully unhealthy just more carbs

*reason for not doin protein shakes at the moment, i am currently in a speed program and dont have the time for a true heavy weights, i usually do the core lifts then go do auxillary workouts (throwing, footwork drills, etc)
I'm not sure what his has to do with shakes?
yes i know i am a little boated right now in those pics, but like i said i havent been able to work out like i want to...
The bloated look stems more from your diet than your exercise regimen
In red. Unfortunately I can't give you exact amounts because I don't know what your goals are and I don't know what you want to eat, but you can figure that out and post your new diet so we can help you tweak it.

Oh, and if you try to eat sensibly and only stick to the basics than you can make a diet that doesn't cost too much money.

tren on a first cycle isnt a good idea either

Look those nutrition facts and tell me what's wrong with.

How much do you pay for that 6 pack of slimfast?

This reply by you says anything I could say, and more, about why you aren't ready to use AAS.

I mean honestly, I don't even know where to start when I read a comment like that...and I don't even mean that as a flame, thats a question that someone would ask me who has been working out and learning how to diet for a good 6 months. This person, just like yourself, should be worrying about how to improve their lifts and diet, and not their drug regimen.

actually A) i''m cheap and get the equate version, so its like 3 dollars for a 6 pack... B) maybe high sodium? but if you have enough water through out the day, it actually helps your electrolyte balance.. .the fats? .5 sat fats... yeah saturated fats are bad but for a good pre workout drink for some basic energy and something in my stomach... it snot bad.. Hmm... no cholesterol... decent potassium but i'm taking a mulitvit.. ok somewhat high sugars but hey it comes w/ fiber and i'm gonna burn them off... and protein? not my only source...

^^I don't see any other source of protein in your first meal.

The content is way too high and the protein content is way too low. The drink is garbage.

    lol...

You’d be better off if you washed down a multi-vitamin with a mountain dew.

    Good luck with your cycle.

    lmfao@this thread.

ok seriously though, your diet is crap. you dont need steroids right now, you need to learn how to eat properly. slimfast preworkout and 2 eggs as your pwo protein source?! we are not lying when we say you need to fix your diet, you could make great improvements just through diet and exercise alone if you do some research and ask some questions.

Ok, i know i need to work on my diet, the reason i am not taking protein shakes now is because i am not doin a really calorie burning workout not alot of lifting... so if i add protein shakes, thats extra calories i'm taking in, more weight i'm gaining thats not muscle... and i dont plan on startin my cycle until i can workout the way i want to... and then when i can start working out the way i want to i will start havin my protein shakes...
and i have not been mad at people for giving me advice, look i actually thank him for it... its mindless people who come in for 1-2 posts, and basically just being a smarta$$ when all i am tryin to do is show pre-cycle/whateveruwannacallit pics...

no offence mate but you don't even look as though you've lifted weights before.
im just being honest, not trying to put you down. Take these guys' advice, read up on the diet and workout forum. You need to shed alot of fat and gain alot of muscle before jumping on a cycle.

Also, waiting one month won't do anything. You should delay your cycle by atleast 1.5 years to build up some natural muscle. Once you hit your natural peak, THEN proceed to aas for a boost.

How much do you weigh now? What are your goals? You look more cut, but IMHO you need to add some mass....I know it is hard for you tall people but if you increase your calories and increase your protein then it will happen.....Also don' forget your carbs and your fats, and your BCAA's.....
