I'm pretty much confused i use to think it was cheat meal, but i noticed everyone saying cheat meals..? so i can eat whatever i want to a degree throughout my cheat meal "day" or did i just make that up?

Some have cheat days but most just have a cheat meal. I prefer just to have one meal to cheat myself because I don't think I could gorge on junk foods for an entire day anyway.
alright thanks, so i guess it just depends on what your doing as well like if you were on a bulking diet you could be more lenient?

Honestly in order to acheive your goals I'd say that Maybe 1 at the most for each month.After all if you need to eat junk I'd say that borders the lines of being obsessed with food more then your goals for your physique.
Once you get past a certain point the diet gets easier and if you get past the obsession for junk when you do decide to eat some slop you brain will use the junk food like a alcoholic uses alcohol and will crave more and make you feel like shit until you get more or get past the point you were at from the time you lost your will to eat clean.Try testing your self and when you acheive a realistic goal for your bodybuilding needs you'll be that much more determined to get were you wanna go in the gym and in life.

thanks i have never tried less than 4 a month... i'll try to decrease it till i hit 2 or 1... shouldnt be that bad sometimes after i eat a cheat meal i feel sick... like i have really high hopes for something good and it isnt that great..but i eat it anyways
It's because you're either over eating or just eating processed junk that your body doesn't know what to do with! That's a good thing to feel sick so maybe you won't splurge as much.
Personally I havent cheated in 10 weeks as I'm dieting my ass off... I do however feel super satisfied on my high carb day.... and there are those dreams about pudding LOL![]()
so what do you guys think is optimal for cutting the fat while dieting... i'm pretty sure i can do without a cheat meal for a month or 2 if i push myself.. i just thought they were needed to help keep metabolism up
It can be beneficial for that but most use it as an excuse to pilliage the food court or justify there inability to demonstrate discipline.If I feel the diet I'm currently using has stalled I bump up the cals and carbs just slightly"SLIGHTLY" or I'll have a starchy source of carbs like white pasta with some molly mc butter "Awesome" CHEAT MEAL, which usually does the trick.For cutting Another trick is to do sprints 20 second high intensity sprints with 10 rest periods x 8 -3x a week,But beware these are not for the weak and are more effective at exposing the abs then anything and I do mean anything.
