Hey guys, I need some help. I've been on a diet for a while now (A.M. cardio 5 days a week, 6 meals a day, high protein, low carbs), and I can't seem to shed that last little bit of fat on my stomach. Any suggestions?
BTW, I do interval training on an elliptical most of the time for my cardio.
I do 1 minute fast + 2 minutes medium pace x 7 sets.
