Alright fellas, I need some suggestions here. I started my cutting diet 10 weeks ago this upcoming Monday. Doing this NATURALLY.
I started at 192 lbs/23% body fat. As of this past Sunday I was at 178lbs/14.5% body fat.
Im LIFTING Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
NON-LIFTING days - Wednesday & Sunday
Doing Cardio for 45MIN @135BPM (70%) on an empty stomach Monday - Friday.
Below you will find my Diet on my LIFTING & NON LIFTING DAYS.
So far Im happy with the results but I feel as if I've hit a plateau the past two weeks. My Daily Caloric Intake should be 2894 so on my lifting days im at about an 800 calorie deficit and on my non-lifting days im at about 1000 calorie deficit. I dont think I should drop my calories anymore. But like I said i feel like I have plateaued the past two weeks. Should I start taking an over the counter fat burner, maybe some clen, or just stick it out with what I currently am doing?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
