OK guys, I just got 3 weeks into my 1st cycle, started seeing great progress then exacerbated an old injury to L5/S1 disc. Luckily, I know exactly what to do to rehab it (done it 2x in past 10 years). My question is, do I stop cycle completely or continue. Upper body is my main focus of which I can still do to a great deal. I do, however, understand the importance of lower body training. I will be limited to cardio for legs. Just hate to see progress stopped abruptly esp since summer is here.
