Freakin hurts

Hey bros,

First post, hoping you guys could help me out. I did an injection in my glute of norma deca 1ml/100mg (3cc) last Saturday. Yesterday the injection site got black and blue, and my glute got as hard as a rock. Today it’s a little better, but the muscle is still really hard and hurts. I have used this deca before and never had this reaction. What do you think is up?

Not to worry bro. You traumatized the sight. You probably moved the needle to much or something of that nature. It will get better slowly.

It happened to me before from moving the pin around. Try quad shots they are much easier.

Happened to me too my first shot. I felt like a crack addict, my hand was shacking so much.
