Why T4 with HGH?

to be honest, i don't use either t3 or t4 with my hgh...i have tried it in the past and really saw/felt no difference so discontinued in an effort to cut back on meds

but let me see if i can dig up AR's article on the benefits of taking it at night before bed

anyway, im sure Gear or someone else can chime in with some additional facts...either way, i cant imagine the timing of the t4 being that critical

the first time I incorporated T4 in with HGH, I noticed that fat loss appeared to speed up, however the next time I used it, I didnt notice anything..maybe it was the source of the T4..who knows

this is the first time I am taking any t3 or t4 with my hgh - im taking armours combo, 1 a day every morning... I have noticed my body temp seems up ..and I have only been on the growth about a month or so and I have seen fat loss already .. .

HGH lowers your T4 so that's why it is recomended to take T4 when using HGH. You can take T4 at any time of the day or night, but a higher thyroid response occurs when taking T4 at night versus any other time of the day.
