    need some tips

hey guys, i have a question; lately ive been training hard and lifting heavyier weights. I tend to burnout and loose a lot of energy on like my third exercise almost every training day. I'd like to know what types of things i can do to keep my energy thoughout my workouts, a friend of mine suggested creatine but i don't know what the age requirements are for creatine. thanks for anyone who attempts to help

how burnt out? do you have any lifting experience? also, if you are switching to heavy lifting from lighter weight lifting routine...then you need to give more time between sets.... if you use the same time you will definitly get burnt quickly.

i used to be a conditioning fanatic and never lifted much, lately i've i've switched to lifting and was capable of upping weight pretty quickly. I noticed when i gave myself some extra time it helped alot.

I would make sure you have sufficient glucose in system to last duration of workout, or else you will just fall off prior to completion. I love apples and oatmeal pre-workout. Try some caffeine if you tolerate/allow it.

ALSO, make sure you give your body sufficient time to digest the previous meal, as the process of digestion will take a plethora of energy from your body. I wait atleast 1 and 1/2 hours before I leave for gym.
