if your bulking than go for a pro.fat meal of mayo/mustard/tuna it isnt a bad pro/fat meal at all. I eat 6 cans a day when buling usually
cutting with tuna just doesnt work for me b/c I cant stomach the crap without mayo. That being said, i have been able to semi-tolerate that tuna in the fresh puch on top of spinach salad and olive oil/lemon juice

I use sweet relish (with crackers if I need the carbs)
Something that wanabe said is making me think now. I have always wondered if you are not that hungry and you just chew and swallow with water do you still get the same nutrition?

I sometimes mix a half can of tuna w/a half can of salmon, 1/2 avacado, a little hot salsa, some fresh minced garlic and onion powder. Wasabi was a good idea too. Good thread, i know i've seen it on here before but my forum search is only working about half the time these days... It s always nice to see what creative stuff everyone else comes up with.

i make the tuna patties from the recipe forum...which is probably where this thread belongs..

    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup of oats
    2 egg white
    chopped onions/bellpeppers
    garlic powder
low sodium soy sauce to taste

mix it all up. Smash it into a patty. Cook it on the stove. I make a bunch of these at once and vary the size of the patty depending on my goal. I love these, can't get enough of them. If you use albacore, it doesn't even taste like tuna when your done. I could eat these 6 meals a day.

When I can't stomach eating tuna dry, I usually add: 1 teaspoon of honey mustard. That usually does the trick.

salsa, mustard, or relish is usually what i do but after 4 years averaging 4 cans a day it taste like shit no matter what you add to it. theres no less than 500 threads on tuna toppings that you can check out as well.

I like it with a small bit or mayo and mustard, chopped cellery is really good in tuna too.

To switch it up, sometimes I'll add some sun-dried tomato chunks to the tuna.
And dried dill is nice in the tuna too.

I don't know how you guys do it, I've only been able to handle eating one or two cans a day, once I hit two cans I start looking for chicken or fish.

(although lately I've been BBQing lots or steaks and chicken breasts)
