The only time i eat fruit for cutting is onec in a wile i put a banana in my morning shake with a few blue berries
berries and cherries
morning, pre workout, and post workout
anyone else?
banana morning late night with my casein.
And mad grapes in afternoon(once a week)
as far as i know banana contains alot of GI. not really good for a cutting diet..

what about watermelon and apple?
I eat some type of fruit for lunch when I cut. Probly not the best way to cut but atleast I get something sweet without all the calories.
blueberries when i get a craving.
pears, apples, but remember with Glycemic scale, it does matter what else is combined with it. low gi or not it depends on the overall picture.
I cut out sugar all together on my cutting.
Even on carb deplete days no sugar.
