    tricep help

    my triceps have always been a lagging point for me, though not in the way most of you are thinking. for some reason the head closer to the underside of my arm has very little size compared to my long head

    what exercises would yall suggest to build up my lateral head

    reverse grip pulldows, kick backs tri extensions

    In the case of triceps the lateral and medial heads of the triceps are strained most by press-downs and kickback movements. While, arms-overhead movements will favor growth of the long head.

    Try reverse grip bench presses. It hits your short head really well, but be careful. Even light weight is hard to handle at first.
