My diet fluctuates but I have successfully cut out fast food as well as soda for a month now and have notice changes...now im going on 3 1/2 weeks of cutting out alcohol stressed because of parties but I feel good about it and im dedicated to doing it right....
Meal 1.
4 egg whites
1 serving oatmeal
about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs later

protien bar and some fruit

I need some suggestions and help for the rest of the meals i mean i do eat tuna fish and chicken breasts..I try to get the main part of my carbs in before lunch...Im looking for help and all of you guys have been very helpfull to everyone i love this place...
