    Ok needing help and opinions

    So heres my goal....cut cut cut... right now my stats are

    Height=6'0
    weight= 238 before morning poo now prob around 235
    BF= 25-30%

    My diet fluctuates but I have successfully cut out fast food as well as soda for a month now and have notice changes...now im going on 3 1/2 weeks of cutting out alcohol stressed because of parties but I feel good about it and im dedicated to doing it right....

    Meal 1.
    4 egg whites
    1 serving oatmeal

    about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs later
    Meal 2
    protien bar and some fruit

    Meal3
    Meal4
    Meal 5

    I need some suggestions and help for the rest of the meals i mean i do eat tuna fish and chicken breasts..I try to get the main part of my carbs in before lunch...Im looking for help and all of you guys have been very helpfull to everyone i love this place...

    Well first off congrats on cutting the alchohol out, theres no room for it in a cutting diet and IMO no reason to ever consume it...but of course every once inawhile wont hurt. Stay away from protein bars...they have alot of sugar alchohols and are filled with shit that will keep weight on you. In my opinion you should be consuming mostly whole foods and maybe a shake or two of whey a day. There are tons of choices for protein, salmon, swordfish, chicken breast, turkey, tuna, lean cuts of beef, ect ect... Try and consume your beef later in the day as it takes much longer for your body to process and will be good for when your sleeping. Make sure your getting in morning cardio and just be consistent with it and you'll eventually reach your goals. Remember its not going to happen overnight. As for carbs try and only consume them when you need energy...such as breakfast, pre workout, and post workout. If i was you id consume all LOW GI carbs even for POST workout...grind up some oats and throw them in whey for pwo.

    When are you working out?

    How regularly?

    How much cardio.. etc.?

    for the past 3 weeks my workout routine has looked like this......

    Monday
    Chest/abs
    Tuesday
    Back
    Wednesday=off
    Thursday
    Shoulders/Calves
    Friday
    Arms/abs
    Sat
    Legs/Calves

    Cardio either on eliptical or bike for 15-20min at a med pace....

    Workout times are varrying being that I'm a fulltime student and work full time its been usually at night around 10:30-11 but this morning i was at the Gym at 7
