    how do I take liquid winny?

    Its liquid winny with a pipette dropper. Do I just squirt it in my mouth and chase it with water? Can I mix it in a protein shake? 50 mg every day?

    just drink it straight and chase it with water. what is it dosed at? ive never seen it with a droper like that though.

    shake it up, draw up the amount you want with the dropper and shoot it into your mouth..its that simple
