    Need to burn some fat

    So I have a good diet, and I workout 3 days on, one off, one body part a day. My question is what should I be doing for cardio? I'm 21, 178, 5'8", no idea what BF %. Guess from pics? I'd think 13% but don't flame me if I'm higher. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks!

    BTW I know I look like I'm 160 for 5'8", but the scales have all said 178-181 when I weigh first thing in the morning

    You could either do about 45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or you could do about 45 minutes after a workout.

    You honestly look pretty lean to begin with. How much are you looking to lose?

    well if im at 12 i wanna be at 8. I wanna have a good sick pack and that i do not. Plus my waist is 33" should be like 31 at most

    I would suggest HIIT for cardio. Maybe not doing this everyday but mix the cardio up some. The biggest thing is getting your macros and cardio to align, this may be a trial and error process but analyze and go with what works. P.S. is that your e36 turbo m3 in your anvy? I have an e46 m3 and I love it, fun cars.

    Beach body is the way to go. Hit the cardio and eat leaner! I love the treadmill and love the stair stepper... Not to plug my blog, but I talk about this daily and you would probably get some great leaning up tips. it's my name dot come!
