Well first off my stats, Im 21 5'8 164~lbs training hard for around 2 years, and not so seriously for 4. My diet consists of 375g carbs 115g fats 238g protein. Heres my full diet, I think it might help with any advice.
Meal 1
8 Egg whites 1-Multi
6tsp Peanut butter 2-Fish Oil Pills
2tbsp or 18g Raisins
3/4cup Oats
1cup Non-fat milk
Meal 2
1can Tuna
4tbsp Mayonnaise
2tbsp or 18g Raisins
4slice Whole grain bread
Meal 3
1 Chicken breast 2-Fish Oil Pills
6tsp Olive oil
125g Green beans
1cup Brown rice
Meal 4
2scoop Protein
36g Peanuts
1cup or 125g Green beans
3slices Whole grain bread
1cup Non-fat milk
Meal 5
6oz Turkey 2-Fish Oil Pills
3tsp Olive oil
1 1/2cup or 187.5g Green beans
3slices Whole grain bread
Meal 6
2scoops Whey
4tsp Olive oil
125g Steamed green beans
3slices Whole grain bread
Now for my cycle I was thinking of just using only Test e frontloading for 1000mg for the first week followed by 300mg (split into two doses a week) for 9 weeks. For my pct I will be going with nolvadex and aromasin (I will be doing some more searching to find the appropriate doses). But that will last for 8 weeks.
