Any idea? i try to use solid food when i can, i drink enough shakes as it is. i work out at about 11am after my Breakfast ,bagel/cottage cheese/ protein shake.

really doesn't matter. i choose whey and oats most of he time. when im bulking i add cottage cheese. it's PWO... don't over think it.
It's important to have just the right amount of aminoacids and carbs to prevent catabolism and replenish glycogen stores.
