    Exclamation Lawsuit Update: Elite Fitness's lawyers JUST quit defending him against us!!!

    I have not been keeping you guys updated on the lawsuit we filed against Elite Fitness, but I HAD to let you guys know just how FuKin funny this is that HIS lawyers just contacted mine and told us that they refused to work for Elite/Paul Willingham (George Spellwin) ANY LONGER!!! hahahahahaha

    Hey guys... I will tell you one thing: I dont get into lawsuits I cant win. From the start, Elite has been the most unprofessional company I have ever seen and I think they are VERY finacially unstable.

    I would share more, but this lawsuit is becoming much to easy!

    Oh... And here is the kicker:

    Elite is supposed to be in court in Houston, TX in less than 3 weeks!! Their attornies just QUIT on them 3 weeks before we see the court room!!! OMG!!

    Anyway.. I got a kick out of it due to all the mud elite has thrown and it appears they are not that smart over there.

    I will keep you posted on this very funny situation. BTW... Paul over at Elite says that if they paid us the compensation we (ARE entitled to) That would "Tank" Elite in the process... Guys.. they only owe us like 35k!!!!

    omg shifty! I think they are sooo fukin broke.. they are doing everything they can to bring in a few more dollars to keep the doors open! So damn funny... How the hell do lawyers QUIT a client?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    someone should post this at elite! that would be way to funny to see the members reaction. Someone go over there and ask if Elites lawyers quit on them.. no harm in asking right?
