It isnt my form and im not bouncing when I come back up on the last few reps. I got in a car wreck 3 years ago and ever sense have had very slight back issues. It rarely bothered me and I only just started working out 6 months ago. Every time I go to do Squats my back will start hurting.
Now to my question. Should I try using a belt for support? It would look a little silly considering im far from heavy squats but I know squats are very important and I dont want to miss out on all the benefits of working them.
( Once again im sure my form is ok, I had two of the personal trainers at my gym watch me squat )
