Need Helping Building Chest (pics inside)

Yeah, we'll I just recently got back from the hospital because of a back injury and I'm good to go said my doctor.

I'm really okay with my size as of right now. I just HATE that I'm flat chested. I might want to increase it later on but right now I want to build up my chest and right now it seems impossible for me because I think with my size there's no such thing as a bigger chest.

    Information:
    - Current College Student and I'm working around my schd to workout.
    - Never been to the gym
    - Might be in shape in a few years because my genetics (my father and grandfather is built)
    - 19 years of age
    - Just got CytoGainer and Cell Tech and Andriol.

    My chest as of today.

    So help? Thanks.

Since nobody seems to want to answer, I'd say stick with weighted dips, bench and dumbell presses (incline, decline, flat). You need to know how to do it right as to avoid injury. Ask a friend or someone at the gym to show you. Honestly though, you need to work out your entire body, look at some sample routines in the workout forum. Do some research and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Good luck

I hate dips. They fvcked my shoulder up (maybe used bad form?) and I have to always be careful not to irritate it now.

Bench Press, Incline Press, Decline Press (Alternate between barbell two weeks and dumbell one week or something like that). Simple pushups are good too, and pec-fly's

keeping your elbows in when bench pressing will help isolate the chest more. For a while I was doing a routine like this...

4 sets flat bench 5-6 reps for the first 2 sets.. drop the weight a bit 8-10 reps for the next 2 sets

3-4 sets decline dumbell press. sometimes I do modified pressing motion

4 sets incline flys with different angles and rep ranges.

Switching things up is the key. One week you could start off with incline barbell presses.,the next flat dumbells. Decline flys instead of incline.. I think you get the idea..

    Good luck bro

It looks like you need to eat more.

I don't see why you would want to only build your chest. It might look funny to have a big chest and be small everywhere else.
