meal 1:
6 egg white, 1 whole egg, and protene shake
meal 2 (snack)
Bananna protene bar, can of tuna
meal 3
2 wraps (chicken breast), 1 glass fat free milk
work out
meal 4
protene shake, chicken salad
I calclulated and this diet turns out to be aroudn 2000 calories, 200 carbs and 50 grams of fat.
I am 196 pounds, with 14-15% bf . I have been working out for 5 years but have never really paid much attention to a cutting diet because I was always bulking... I wish to get my abs back over the next 3 months and want to do a cuttting diet but am not to educated on diets. I herd that cutting out bread is key so I am hardly eating any of that now, but am getting most of my carbs from the wraps and vegetables. I am not sure if this diet is proper, hence why i am seeking your help....could you guys please break it apart and let me know what I should be eating, and what the carb calory intake should be?
