I would say don't add it. A new HRT program and working out is cause for keeping with it and see what it does. You are only 4 weeks in. You are on the right road to getting fitter, don't use Alb/Clen/T4/T3 because it seems you are a yo-yo weight loser. Put in some time, do the hard work, fine tune your diet. Investing all that will make you think twice about letting it all go again.
I am going through this right now. I have lost 47 pounds this year. Nowhere near Nstart, (GREAT JOB), but sweating in the gym, no alcohol, and strict dieting is working for me. The gym has been an important part of my life since high school, but the thing that changed my progress is learning about my diet and what to eat. The Diet section here, and the owner of my gym are to thank for that! Fine-tuning a good cutting diet, and sticking to it, will give you more results than the chemicals you are thinking of adding.
