Im trying to get away from powders. I cant seem to get myself to take them on weekends while im busy or out of town. I load on cheap monohydrate and aside from that i use cell tech. What is the best pill form?

I would say stick with powder bc in pill form there is a greater chance of it not all being used. On the case of which kind current reserch says they all work about the same but creatine loading of 20 g a day for ten days is important. Anything longer is a waste though. Hope this helps
