I'm about 3 weeks into my HGH therapy, taking 2.5iu (ramping up about .5iu a week) first thing in the morning 5/2 right now and getting real lethargy in the mid afternoon. I doubt this would be a thyroid response this early in. Some people recommend pinning the GH before bed instead, but I dont want it to interfere with my own endogenous production (I'm 25). Any ideas on combating GH fatigue?
