Hello everyone, I'm new at this website but i have been readying some threads. I am 23 years old. 5'8 and i weight 170 pound. My frist meal is 3 eggs white with 1/2 cup of oat meal. 2- 2 scoop 100% whey protein 3. grilld chicken with brocolli 4. 2 scoop 100% whey prtein. I had use Clen before for only 2 weeks. I notice the third weeks didn't work for me. I want to get cut up before summer comes. what should i use beside clen and how should i use it? Any one Please help. The first one is me without using Clen the seconde is me using clen. Hope you guys can help me.
