I'm looking for some advice on starting my first cycle. I'm 29 yrs old, been working out for 8 yrs, have a B.A in Exercise Science and just finished playing colleg baseball. (yea, I know I'm a lil' old for that but...) My goals are to gain some LBM and reduce my bf %, which stands around 12-14% currently. I'm 5'11'' and 185 lbs. I happen to get my hands on 2 bottles of IGF-1 LR3 and have a lot of questions....... Any advice as where to start? I've done some research and have a good idea of what IGF-1 is and that LR3 is a more complcated stain but, I don't know what to mix it with since it is a gluey substance nor do I know how much to take etc...? So, as you can see I'm a newbee at this and could use some advice!
