how many budybuilders do you think...

know what there taking (juice wise)? What i mean is, a huge percentage of users dont have the knowledge we do on this board, simply because the info isn't out there.

You pretty much got to have internet access to know the ins and outs of cycling you know what im saying guys?

Do you think bodybuilders like ruhl, heath, coleman, cutler etc... have the time or even interest in sitting on the computer for hours researching what hormones do what and what there mechanisms are etc...

Im sure they have nutritionists putting together there cycles or some kind of professional guidance.

i just couldnt really picture ronnie sitting on his computer reading an article about how many factors are included when gyno forms, or via what mechanisms do IGF-1 help build muscle and burn fat.

They aren't doing it "wrong" they just run crazy doses and people's jaws would drop here if they hear what some of them took in the past.

I've said this before, I'm starting to realize more and more genetics plays a HUUUGE factor. I know a lot of people that do everything right, and I mean to the dot with training, dieting, sleeping, and even doing cycles and some even after 3 years look like your average joe. And I've seen so many times people post throughout the years on this forum saying that they can't grow and a vet says post all your info you have to be doing something wrong. And when they post everything, and everything is perfect the vet will nitpick something like 50 calories are off lol. It's like I'm sorry to tell you but if the guy is doing everything else right and no results then those 50 calories are not going to make the difference. Anyway, I don't know why I went into this semi rant lol. But Genetics to me, and through my own experiences are huuuuge.

the cold hard truth is, that some guys
    eat fruit loops for breakfast
    a sandwich for lunch
    and skip dinner
    train half ass
take enormous amounts of gear, and end up 275 pounds at 10 percent bodyfat

while some guys take equally as much gear
eat 500 grams of protein a day
get 9-10 hours of sleep a day
train like a freaking caged animal
and dont really have much to show for it.....it sucks

The fact is guys, if you had to come here, and ask questions about how to workout, or how to eat, or have tried everything and just cant seem to get results, most likely, you dont have "it".

I wouldnt be to discouraged though. Some guys have to work insanely hard to reach elite levels ex dorian yates. Hard work and determination and above average genetics can put you ahead of guys who have alian genetics and a mediocre work ethic. hard work and determination and above average gentics can turn you into a champ.

If you have average genetics or worse, make the best of what you got. enjoy this game. and be superior to 99.9999999999999999999% of the world. You may never reach dorian status, but you sure as hell can make elite status.

I don't know if you're agreeing with me or disagreeing? But if you're asking no I don't think they do everything perfect, hence the genetics.

And also, don't get me wrong there are people with fair or average genetics who just have to work 10 times harder for the same results. But I am talking about the people that just don't have "it" no matter what they do. And to be honest it sucks for those guys.

i dont think there are many guys who could get to a pro level and not know what there putting in there bodies.

about genetic. genetics are great but i dont think they are as limiting as some may think. you can still bodybuild and get huge with crap genetics, youll just never be mr olympia.

i looked just like all these 140lbs "hardgainers" and "crap genetics" guys when i started working out also, but that hasnt stopped me from putting on 70lbs of muscle in the last 4-5yrs. not to mention i have been injured and almost died during this time, so who knows where i would be without the injuries and illness. btw i consider myself to have crap genetics for bodybuilding, lol.

Good post.. Genetics play a big part in results much more then people would like to believe. those with good muscle buidling genetics like to downplay how much of a part it plays in your success. It sorta reminds me of the saying you don't know what you've got until it's gone but you don't lose good genetics, they will fade with old age but they don't magically disappear

For EX the average male test level is 300-1,000 ng/dl .. if you took a guy with a level in the upper 800's who was making good gains in muscle/ strength. lets say this guy is 5"10 200lbs 12% bf.. somehow his test level magically droped to 300 . Assuming no other variables changed IE his diet stayed the same and his weight lifting scheduel didnt vary.

What would happen to his muscle and weight lifting numbers, would they pleateau, gain at a much slower rate, gain at a sligtly lower rate, or could he lose muscle, until his body reached a state of homeostatis?

    ok end of my

I'd say most juicers don't have the knowledge that we around 2/3rds or so

IMO the pros have much more knowledge then the average guy on here(esp since most of us are just rec weight lifters/BBers.) They're also on extremely high doses of every muscle building substance know to man(Even celltech that's all jay cutler uses!!) And them having great genetics just tops it off from them to get to that elite top level.
