Thread: Cardio 3X Daily??

    Cardio 3X Daily??

    Somedays I can get in a good 45-60min session......but most days I can't. So would it be ok to split it up in to three 20 min sessions?? Some of these may be 30 min to 1 hour after eating a small meal. My goal is to drop as much body fat before I start my my next AS cycle.

    20min isn't really long enough, try to get more time in for cardio once a day or maybe 2x

    20 minutes is usually how long it takes your body to use up all your glycogen stores..and THEN you start to build fat so honestly if i was you and depending on your bf% look into some type of HITT or sprints or something along that nature..just my .02 cents
